Busy Sunday

Installed new switches in the hallway
You can see the washers for the Wally Plaster repair it did a good job of stabilizing the lathe while I widened the switch from the old single 3-way switch to the new twin switch arrangement. These are for the light and fan in the hallway and stairs. The primer marked the paint a bit despite washing immediately. I also realized I don't have any light almond double switch covers. This also allowed me to pull the wires from the room baby's room.

Installed new mesh by the doorway

You can see the mesh along the inside of the door the whole line of the plaster has been stabilized by the Wally repair. I still have to figure out how to deal with the old stove pipe opening. You can also see the damp spots here the wall paper is being removed.

I also stripped and prepared the opening on this wall to be finished off by more Wally's. You can also see that the clamps from the treatments today. I need more clamps as I have to wait before I can glue more. You can see a previous one to the right. This plaster is too thin I will need to thicken them to make them more like normal plaster and lathe.
